  • Call and leave a detailed message including your name, address, and description of issue.

  • Please also text the above information.

  • If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, practice self-help and do whatever is necessary to protect your home and mitigate damage. You may be entitled to a reimbursement from your association dependent upon your association's governing documents, the nature of the issue, and a variety of other factors.

DRAIN OR SEWER BACKUPS

  • If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, please call a plumber. If the clog is determined to be an HOA responsibility, you may be reimbursed the plumber cost. 

ROOF LEAKS

  • Cannot be fixed during rain or snow storms.

  • Roof must be dry to fix.

  • Minimize damage to your interior by allowing water to drain from ceiling.

  • Place buckets under any leaks.

  • Contact Redstone during business hours to schedule a repair.

NOT TO BE USED FOR

  • Parking

  • Car Booting or Towing

  • Snow Removal

  • Air Conditioning (not an HOA component)

  • Dogs

  • No Water

  • No Electricity
