If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, practice self-help and do whatever is necessary to protect your home and mitigate damage. You may be entitled to a reimbursement from your association dependent upon your association's governing documents, the nature of the issue, and a variety of other factors.

If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, please call a plumber. If the clog is determined to be an HOA responsibility, you may be reimbursed the plumber cost.
ROOF LEAKS

Cannot be fixed during rain or snow storms.

Roof must be dry to fix.

Minimize damage to your interior by allowing water to drain from ceiling.

Place buckets under any leaks.
