Over the past 11 years in community association management, Meg has built and retained a diverse portfolio of 24 Boulder County associations, along with a well-earned reputation for being an honest, efficient, and exceptional management company. As the owner of the company, Meg prides herself on being an independent, woman-owned and operated small business and personally handles the day-to-day management of every association with the assistance of her highly skilled co-manager Katharine Kane. Meg holds the CMCA - Certified Manager of Community Associations - certification and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Redstone was fortunate to gain Katharine as a property manager in 2016. Katharine’s genuine enthusiasm for her work, her friendly, professional manner, and her incredible ability to manage numerous and complex projects simultaneously with skill and grace make her an asset to our Homeowners, our Boards, and to Redstone. Katharine serves on the Board of her own HOA and personally knows the challenges faced by Board Members and Homeowners alike. Originally from Prescott, Arizona, Katharine is a CU alumna and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate.
